How enquiries are handled
When online enquiries are enabled, your enquiry is sent to our business mailbox by email using Amazon Simple Email Service, which processes the message in the Amazon Web Services Sydney region to deliver it.
The website does not store enquiries in a database.
Logs and abuse prevention
To limit repeated submissions, the enquiry service uses your IP address temporarily in server memory. It is not written to our logs.
Our server logs record whether an enquiry request succeeded or failed, without your message or contact details.
Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs, such as IP addresses and request times.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you.
We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
